Starting a J-pop band - Need help!!

Hey guys!! I'm new here
But i really really need help.
See, me and a friend of mine, we LOVE singing j-pop. We're good at it. And my friend is a good song-writer.
We plan to start a j-pop band of our own but the problem is that we have no idea how to start. We're from india and we had NO hope until we came across MONKEY MAJIK! They are a group of 2 canadian and 2 japanese..their songs have japanese and english lyrics. So that is how we got motivated...we really wanna b like them..
Our other inspirations are Rie Fu, YUI, Miz..
We're slowly learning japanese...but i've heard about bands where they get songs and all they have to do is sing...but we still will try to write our own lyrics...

SO! How do we search for two more members? N how do we start? Any suggestions???

I think that other band only is able to make it because they have 2 Japanese members. So if you want to make it in Japanese, you'll need some Japanese members, too.

So go make some friends!

I think you mean using short forms? I just realised that, i'm sorry. I fixed it! Hope that solves the problem??
