If you go to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Japanese_L ... iency_Test
It will have more info.
Also I am not sure about the test being offered in Croatia, but you can check about registration here:
http://www.jflalc.org/
Although that is for the USA. I would try searching for one in Croatia, in your native language if it is something other than English, as I couldn't find anything specifically for Croatia. Also the 4th level, as far as I know, is offered, once a year only in select cities. There is a registration period which has passed already for taking the 2009 exam.
There is also a good site to practice writing things on:
http://lang-8.com
You can make friends there to learn with. Some people also like to use Skype to practice with friends in Japan too.

You might already know about this stuff, but in case you don't...
Thank you very much for Help and short Explanation....In Croatia you can apply for the exam, but it is held in Budapest, Hungary....Budapest isn´t far from Zagreb:)

Thank you, I will keep on learning and improving my Japanese skills, so when the time comes I will take the exam... I hope that I will start learning Japanese in a evening school in Zagreb, after I pass B2 certificate in German....
