7割もの人

I have another one:

しかし、あるアンケートでは、「7割もの人がＡＥＤの使い方を知らない」と回答し、なかには『ＡＥＤは止まった心臓も動き出すんでしょ？』といった誤解されている方もいます。

Does 7割もの人 mean 7 out of 10? It can't be 7%, since that would be a pretty good rate.....

Yeah, 割 in this case means 10%.

Just for the record, mine was this big when I got him from the shelter. He's not that fat, mind, just HUGE.
