I know there's a lot of voice talk programs out there, and I've never really liked using most of them partly because it's difficult to find someone to talk to.. or at least the right kind of person to talk to (such as a language exchange partner).

Skype has fit the bill! Couple the program with this site and you're golden. Seriously.

The Mixxer is another great site for finding language exchange partners. A bunch of Japanese have signed up within the last 2 or 3 weeks and are looking for conversation partners. If you have any interest at all in trying out your Japanese, no matter what your level, sign up and contact these people!
