need help with a sentence

there is a sentence which i don't get his meaning:
”日本では、年に動物の名前があります。皆さんの国でも、ありますか？”
the first sentence i get, in japan there is a animal name for every year. but the second i dont get, but for every country there is? can you help me please?

皆さん is everyone, or a polite way to say you - plural.

So: "In your countries does (each year) have (the name of an animal)?
