I'm stuck! (with this song in my head...)
I've long wondered, what's the proper way to say a song is stuck in one's head?
I think I've tried things like "頭の中で流れてる" but I don't know if that expresses the true meaning (i.e. I can't get it out of my head vs. I'm playing it back in my head [on purpose])

I usually hear 『頭から離れない』.
そうだ、嬉しいんだ、生きる喜び!

So, I mentally translate that to English, and I end up with http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rfr9bhSmfXc

As for me, if it's music, I may use:
(あの曲が)頭の中で(ずっと)鳴り続けている。
Of course, 頭の中でぐるぐる回ってる。 and 頭から離れない。 are popular.
They are not limited to music but worry, idea or anything is fine.
耳について離れない is also fine but it's used only for sound memory.
If the memory is visual memory, 目に焼きついて離れない is used.
