4 Mr; (ctr)
5 (Honorific or respectful language) counter for people
うじ family name; lineage; birth
氏族
しぞく clan; family
Ex. 源氏

What ever the issue is it would seem to be more of a Translation Questions or Discussion type issue than a Practice Japanese type issue. 
Don't complain to me that people kick you when you're down. It's your own fault for lying there
