Does anyone love Furuba(fruits Basket)?

Recently my favorite anime is Furuba(Fruits Basket), and i wanted to share it with the world!So I wanted to hear ur reasons for loving or hating it. Forgive me if i do fight back to the ones who hate it, but I doubt anyone does!

I read a few Volumes of Fru-ba, my friends think it's ok. i like the artwork, (Especially the eyes) what do you like about?

I was introduced to Furuba as an anime and enjoyed the interactions between the characters. I thought that Touru was a little too sweet for my tastes; I liked Hanajima and Kagura better. After watching the anime a couple of times, I started getting some of the manga to translate.

The anime came out in like 2001 but to this day it still is one of my favorite series. It's aimed at girls but it also appeals to guys too, I dont know anyone who doesnt like fruits basket.
Also it is the best selling shoujo manga in America since like 2004 or something so i was suprised you just heard of it.

I havnt seen any as good as fruits basket until recently when I discovered NANA and lovely complex.

I think that one of my friends is Tohru under witness protection (the utold criminal past of Akito!). Ha ha! But really, she's all cute and sweet and polite...I've found an "Arisa-chan" and they both think I'm really Himejima! (I've found an "Ayame" too...o_O)

I loved fruits basket. Episodes 24-26 were real tear-jerkers. Awesome stories, well developed characters and lovable personalities. I would buy 20 copies of it if I could. I think there are few anime I love more (like Karekano)

i'ts good to see thast people enjoy the manga, and anime so much!Sirfirestorm, actually i was introduced to it last year but that was the manga.just recently, I was watching colors tv and I saw that it was an anime so I have recorded every episode, and I love it better than any other anime, cuz it portrays to seeing the many qualities in people!

I never thought I would like a show like fruit baskets, but I've been pleasantly surprised by it. It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I have seen the whole thing yet though. I'm about at episode 16 or so. The characters and the way they interact is all top notch.

My favorite character is either Kagura or Shigure.

I luv that anime! ^_^ it makes me cry because Tohru is so sweet! T_T and I hate to say this but i actually have a friend who hates it.... O_O

I have to say that I am a sucker for it, and I read the manga as well to the end... the ending is so sweet! Anyone else notice how close it is to Ouran High School Host Club though? There are a few nice pictures of the similarities on deviant art. I loved both, and for the same reason, I have a feminine taste in anime.
