Some practice sentences for correction

Here are some sentences I made up using my japanese knowledge without looking up anything in a dictionary.

Practice of 1st 2nd and 3rd person desires:

犬が欲しい。 I want a dog
彼女は犬がほしがります。 She wants a dog.
犬を僕に上げて欲しい。 I want her to give me a dog.

そのペンが書き安い願います。　I want the pen to be easy to write with.
冷さんのパーティーにもう行ったんだ。 I already went to Tsumeta's party
故に、犬は人間の多い質問のがまだ分からないのそうです。 Therefore, It seems that dogs still can't answer the many questions mankind has.
大蛇丸さんの講演がぜんぜん分からなかった。 I didn't understand one bit of Orochimaru's lecture.　
あんたの教える方法が改めることだ。 Your teaching methods should be revised.
りんご三つがありました、一つを食べたとりんご二つがある。 I had 3 apples, ate one, then I have 2.
遅く寝ましたと仕事が失業した。　I slept late and lost my job.


１つ質問がある、　Is there a better way to say "I need to (something)"
ex: トイレを使うのがいる。　To me, this sounds to complicated. Is it correct to say something like:
トイレを使い要る。　　Or something like that?
