View topic - Casting Japanese World Cup Fan
My name is Tamika Jones and I'm currently working on a project, BUDHOUSE (www.budhouse.com). I've been doing research and outreach and the response has been low for our Japanese candidates. I just can't seem to connect with anyone here in the states and in Japan. I was hoping you could help spread the word or know of a productive way to do so. Our deadline has been pushed a few days back to March 19th, so time is of the essence.
Below you will find all the information I usually email out regarding the show. Please do not hesitate to email me with ANY questions. Our press release can also be easily emailed. (email@example.com)
This summer Budweiser is putting 32 fans (1 from each 32 qualifying World Cup nations) in one house to experience all the games leading up to and the actual World Cup. It's an experience of a life time. If selected to represent your country, you will be flown to Cape Town, South Africa, for the 2010 FIFA World Cup™. They'll have luxurious accommodations, thrilling excursions, and the opportunity to have the kind of access few fans ever have.
I would love for you to send this out to your friends and family in the area. However, this is a worldwide casting so ANYONE you send it to could be valuable. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!
Thanks in advance for your help!

While normally I might not approve a post like this, it does seem to be from the legitimate folks trying to reach the Japanese audience (as they forgot to change the JACCC greeting at the top of the post... so I assume they got a copy as well)
I'll leave this up to the judgement of the readers here if they're Japanese and interested in the World Cup etc.
(If the other mods think this is a bad idea, feel free to pull it... I'm fine either way)
