Kanji Look and Learn (workbook)

I've done the 5 first chapters of Basic Kanji Book and I feel that there are too little exercises. Therefore my question would be: How much exercises does Kanji Look and Learn workbook include? Just some thoughts how sufficient they are and are they any good. Oh, and does it have it have longer texts including kanjis across all the lessons learned before like BKB does? And how much blah blah

I'm sorry for this question, but I just feel sometimes a little uncomfortable and unsure of my studying habits, being a self-learner and all...
