わたしのいえかぞく (My family)
わたしのかぞく。 いえ means house and is unnecessary here.

As above.
母は45さいです. (My 45 year old mother.)
父は57さいです. (My 57 year old father.)
OK
姐は29さいです. (My 29 year old older sister.)
姉 is the correct kanji
弟は5さいです. (My 5 year old younger brother.)
私は15さいです. (And me, I am 15.)
OK

Re: わたしのいえかぞく (My Family)
One important point on accuracy:
"母は45さいです." Does not mean "My 45 year old mother." It means "My mother is 45 years old" and is a complete sentence in both English and Japanese, whereas "My 45-year-old mother" is only a noun phrase in both Japanese and English.
This same holds true for all those sentences.

そして私は15さいです. (And me, I am 15.)
そして means 'and', which would make it flow better if you were using it in a paragraph.
I think the others have corrected most mistakes, so I'll see if I can help.
兄弟 (きょうだい) means brother.
兄 (あに) means older brother (おとうと meaning younger brother)
姉妹 (しまい) means sister.
姉 (あね) means older sister. (いもうと meaning younger sister.)
