I don't understand what you mean here, what were you trying to say after the comma?

Forgive my noobish Japanese skills, I was trying to say I was in the 10nth grade

Hmm, so "zembu de" is not necessary here? Oh, and is separating words using multiple "to" particles okay in Japanese?

Hmm, from your correction I can draw a few conclusions:
1. The word "koto" should be written with kana
2. The phrase "play a game" in English translates into "geemu wo suru/shimasu" in Japanese, which literally means "to do a game"
3.The polite verb forms (+masu) are not necessary in this case

Yet again, thank you for helping me Kakads! :D

10級

You are not separating words but using the equivalent of "and" which is a conjunction. While in English it is common to replace all but the ultimate "and" with a comma this is not the same in Japanese.

When using koto to turn a verb into a noun phrase, the verb should be in the dictionary form. As verbs go at the end of the setence, you would need to turn them into noun phrases to fit them into one sentence. Think of the first sentence as 'My hobby is the thing(koto) of watching(miru) anime'.

Not sure about this ._.
Shouldn't it be
私の趣味はアニメを見ることとコンピューターゲームをすることです
?

Also perhaps や would be more appropriate than と in this instance? .-.

Hmm, interesting. In which instances should I use the "ya" particle instead of the "to" particle?

You use "ya" when the list is not exhaustive and "to" when the list is. "ya" can imply "etc".
