俺は甲南大学の留学生グレッグです。甲南大学は神戸にあります。日本に来た時から俺の日本語はよくなった。だから、もし日本語を覚えたいなら日本に来なあかん。

まいど（かんさいべん）
おれはこうなんだいがくのりゅうがくせいグレッグです。こうなんだいがくはこうべにあります。にほんにきたときからおれのにほんごはよくなった。だからもしにほんごをおぼえたいならにほんにこなあかん。

Can you explain one thing to me? the last part of your introduction has..

来なあかん and it means "must come to japan"? Can you explain this grammar to me; i've never seen it before.
