Do you have a translation question?
I believe the following sez that a person is somebody's son. Of course I could be wrong. Anywho, the underlined part I don't understand. Any ideas?

社長 means company president, or boss. So yes, it means how you thought: "that person is the boss's son."
If you don't know already, Jim Breen's online dictionary is an excellent site to look for unknown Japanese words. Here's the site: http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/cgi- ... dic.cgi?1C
