"Watashi wa shinigami dewa arimasen"
"Sugoi!
"Baka"
"haha no anata wa yotogi nagara neechan wa wo tabemashita" (something about a mother watching a little sister being eaten?...*shrugs*)

やる気が満々!
I heard it on Kuroshitsuji, then did some research and found out the meaning of やる気
Love this phrase!

たいちょう which means captain
いごぞう I think that means let's go, I don't know if I spelled it right
きさああ well darn it! (something a little less clean...)
うれし Beautiful
でも But.... (by now you can guess what anime I learned from)
that is about all I can think of off of the top of my head.

乾杯!
1 guess which manga/anime that's from. Not only a beautiful story, but lots of good realistic conversation, from baby-talk, party jokes and coffee-shop chit-chat to workplace and respectful special occasion conversation.

No one has mentioned, コラ!
I learned this word from a manga I'm reading now: 一体
Pronounced ittai いったい.
Means, roughly like '....the heck?' I believe.
例:一体、何のことを言っているの?
What on earth are you talking about?
I've just started trying to read manga in Japanese (don't know what took me so long) It's the grammar that really gets me, with all the colloquialisms and such. Makes my head hurt.

From EDICT;
こら (conj, int) (1) interjection meant to scold or reprove someone; hey!; (2) interjection to call out to someone; hey!
Don't complain to me that people kick you when you're down. It's your own fault for lying there

Not sure if I put it in the right place, but I believe I did... I commented on two words: コラ、一体, for which I meant
一体 means "...the heck?"
I didn't give a definition for こら because I assumed most people knew what it meant, given the topic, maybe.
Perhaps look at it again? Maybe I arranged it all in a confusing way.

While watching Maison Ikkoku, I learned the "douzo" can be used as "come in" or "go right ahead."

「みんなの嫉妬をちょっとずつ
分けてくれですぅ 嫉妬玉!!
(シィィィイイイーーット!!!!)」
-タママ二等兵、ケロロ軍曹
「あんた顧問でしょー!?」
-千葉キリノ、バンブーブレード
「もういっちょUターン、お山に激突(ゲロ~ッ!)
やべ~よ UFO壊れたよ
『てゆーか、自業自得?』」
-ケロロ軍曹とアンゴルモア、ケロロ軍曹
Some examples. Bolded words are the ones I learned from those quote snippets. I'd come up with more, but I can't remember the quotes well enough to put them down.

Anime has actually been very helpful to me so far, and it's always exciting when I can understand some of their words, or can read their writing ^^
I've learned lots of family references, as well as different forms of respect based on the words they add to the end of each name.

I believe the word you're looking for is Kuso. My computer can't write Hiragana...
