Hello all! newbity-newb here.
well, I got to be honest. I went here mainly because of anime (english subs aren't to my liking)... pretty shallow reason to learn japanese, but hell, if I can understand half of what my japan-related stuff at home then that would be great.

BTW, since the japanese class in my school won't be available until next year, i guess this will be my training for 'em.

Hi there, aL69! Lucky you, with an upcoming Japanese class. Will it start in Academic Year 2010-2011 or 2011-2012? Either way, you've got some time to get some learning in. You can walk into your first class, ready to hit the ground running.

it's kinda like an optional class. AY 2011-2012.
