Welcome Luna-san!

The only error(s) I see with your English are "I'm Luna, and I have 18 years old." → "I'm Luna, and I am 18 years old." and maybe "but i'm trying one's best!" → "but I'm trying my best!"

"one's best" sounds like you're talking about someone else trying their best, or maybe talking about yourself in the 3rd person. :) It doesn't sound too bad to me, but just not quite right. "but I'm trying my best" makes it clear that you're the one trying your best. :)

Your Japanese seems fine to me though! (But I'm just a beginner as well)

がんばってね!
よろしくおねがいします!

"One always should do one's best" is how Betty Windsor speaks and while, as you say, it is not incorrect it does sound very lah-dee-dah.

Yeah, it only really seemed wrong because it was "but I'm trying one's best!" rather than something like "My English is poor, but one tries one's best.", which would have been just fine. It was the mix of the direct self reference with the indirect. (not sure what the proper terms are to describe that)

Not a big deal. :D
