How do you express "Something smells or taste,ect.. good"

I have not yet seen this in my study. How do you say That smells good, or this taste great. Do you just not say that in japanese? Or is it done like 「見たいです」？

.... How do you say .... this taste (sic) great. ....

これはおいしいです。
