Shieki kei and Ukemi kei

HI guys! For the past few months I have been trying to grasp the concept of ukemi kei and shieki kei.... can someone pleeeeeease help me out? I need some examples and a thorough explanation. Also, how do u practice it and other Japanese forms? Any good tactics? :) Thank u so much.
