While I understand your rationale behind making this post, I'm not sure if this is the most useful way to go about it. I mean, a book that might be great for one learner could not meet the needs of another. You don't go into detail on the pros and cons of any of the materials listed or list alternatives

I think a comprehensive list of materials with objective (pro/con) reviews would be more universally useful.
