Hi! I am writing a card to my homestay family and need a little help.... I would like to say...
Congratulations on having your daycare open for 30 years!!
I wish we were there to celebrate with you
I hope you are both doing well, miss you lots.
I know how to say a few sentences like the ones above, but i would really appreciate an accurate translation. THANK YOU. ARIGATOU

The context would be under my own imagination (but tried to be in a common situation) and one possibility of the translation of your English could be:
> Congratulations on having your daycare open for 30 years!!
保育園(託児所・保育所・デイケア施設)の開所30周年おめでとうございます。
> I wish we were there to celebrate with you
われわれも伺って一緒にお祝いできないのが残念です。
> I hope you are both doing well, miss you lots.
あなた方がともに順調であるように願っています。またお会いしたいです。

May I suggest a more descriptive title next time than "help" :p
