PS みんあさん is incorrect, you either use みな or みんな ( both are less formal, usually it's みんな which is used of the 2 ) and さん can only be added to みな to create みなさん which is the polite and recommended usage unless talking to friends or a group of students as a teacher for example.

Be careful not to mix politness levels. Your first two sentences are polite, ending in です and ~ます, but you second two sentences are informal. The last sentence should also end in です to be of the same politeness level as the first two.
Although I'm not sure about the sentence 私の日本語がすこし, "my Japanese small amount". Maybe 私の日本語はすこしです would sound better, or even 私の日本語はすくないです
Personally I usually say [私は]少し日本語が話せます。
