What is this Hiragana character

Postby rasu » Thu 03.10.2011 10:08 am

Hi all,

I'm working on a assignment for my Japanese lessons and can't figure out the red marked hiragana character. Any suggestions?

Well instead of just giving you the answer, I'll direct you to the Hiragana section on the site :)

http://thejapanesepage.com/hiragana

You'll find that character in lesson one :)

Thanks for the reply and your suggestion :) I checked the characters on this site, my lesson book and the software Ikana before posting this question. It seems to be ra, ro or ru, but none of these make sense when I try a translation.

ら ra る ru ろ ro

You're looking for う

It can be tricky at first!

It's on this page, lesson 1 of hiragana
