Yo peeps!

Post by mikesmaster » Sun 03.13.2011 9:30 pm

こんばんは。

My name is Sam and I just joined The Japanese Page, as you can tell. I've been mostly practicing Japanese on my own and with my boyfriend (RoosterSamurai).
I am a cosplayer and anime artist. I am interested in learning Japanese because I plan on moving to Japan with my love in a few years.

By the way, can anyone check and see if my writing on this image is correct at all?

グッドラック日本。is fine, but then you probably didn't need me to tell you that. Unfortunately I'm still a Kanji neophyte, so I can't really comment on the line to the left, because I can only recognize one.Anyway, welcome to the site (from another newbie), and may you succeed in your ambitions.

幸あれと祈る (さちあれといのる) is to wish someone good luck.

日本に幸あれと祈る。
Don't complain to me that people kick you when you're down. It's your own fault for lying there
