Great, if it was on BBC1 then hopefully Aunty (ABC) will pick it up and show it down here. Fingers crossed.

Thread revive :ninja:

This finally aired on free-to-air TV (SBS) here on Sunday night, 2 January. I recorded it and haven't had time to watch it all yet but did see Tony-san's name in the credits as "Researcher".

Here is the intro on youtube.

Let me know what you think when you see it.

And remember -- the ninja attack IS NOT MY FAULT!! (The director wanted an action sequence in the first half.)

The DVD of the series (six episodes, Shogun is the sixth) is due for release here on 3 February 2011.

Congratz and yes I don't know how to describe this feeling, without risking false hoods.
On one side joy on the otherside, disappointment to not have managed to acquire that success before you, but no evil desires stemming from such thoughts. Maybe it would be wisest to not express my emotions.
PS: this looks similar to a movie I saw.
