Hello, everyone.
My name is Desiree, and I'm currently a junior in high school. I initially got interested in Japanese by a friend of mine who's actually half, and started teaching me culture details, and gave me lessons on hiragana, and katakana. Ever since I've really been intrigued with the language, and Japan in general.

My goal after I graduate is to maybe get a bachelors in linguistics, or language studies. Maybe go to teach English overseas for a bit.

But anyway, I've been lazy recently and wanted to get back into studying. So I thought I'd introduce myself and get started.
