My Introduction

Hello, everyone!
My name is Jess. I'm 18 years old, and I want to learn to speak the Japanese language. The task is more than a little daunting, but I'm trying to just stay calm, learn the basics, and continue from there.
TheJapanesePage seems like an awesome site; I'm so glad I heard about it.
It's very nice to "meet" everyone, and I look forward to learning Japanese with you all.
