Help needed for translation

I need help translating this text if anyone can help me at all.

First of all the quality of the picture is very bad so it's hard to see, secondly it's been cropped so you can only see parts of the message. And thirdly it seems to have been written by a learner of Japanese who doesn't completely grasp the language. Of the things I can read in it, I can't make any sense out of it.

(I'm guessing its a quote from some anime character drawn beneath?)
