I'm new to the forums,

i'm wondering if anyone know how to put furigna in windows?

You can't get furigana in windows, no. The rikaichan plugin will give you pronunciations (and definitions if you install dictionaries) on mouseover in a web browser, and I believe there's a similar mouseover program for the windows desktop but I've forgotten what that's called.

that software is quite good, though i don't want to copy to clipboard, i want the desktop to have furigana just like in the picture, but with furigana
