I'm 13 and learning as well. What I did was ask for a textbook/workbook set for my brithday. Really, that's the best way to go. Like ishnar said, you can find various places online that can teach you things: simple conversations, grammar, vocab, ect, but sooner-or-later, you'll need to get a textbook if you really want to progress.
A basic conversation (this would be the ultimate "basic"

) would consist mainly of useful words and phrases, and very simple sentences, ne? Look up common words, greetings, and then learn some simple grammar, and then work your way up from there
