Japanese Digipen?
Does Japan have any universities dedicated to teaching people how to make video games? Like Digipen in the US.

Yup. I know of one or two in Nagoya, but they're not very well acredited. They keep advertising on TV, if that tells you anything. I'm sure that there are many more in Tokyo and osaka.

Well, unless you are a master at learning languages, I don't know if you'll be able to pass the required JLPT (2 or 1) and pass the College entrance exams (which even a lot of Japanese High Schoolers can't do) in 4 years.
I'm not saying this to discourage you, but just to put it in perspective. If you are really dedicated to doing this, you might be able to do something, but it will take more than a "why not" attitude, I'm afraid.
For finding information about universties, I can't be of too much help. I would look on google, and ask your school's guidence counceler for some information.
Here's a link for some gaming schools I found on Google (just a quick search, I barely read the page) http://www.gamecreators.net/link/school.htm
If you want to find more info, I'd searching on google for ゲーム専門学校
Just out of curiousity, as it would be a billion times easier to enter into an English speaking school, why would you want to try to go to Japan? Is it just because Japan = video games?

I predict culture shock.

I know it'd be stupid of me to think that it'd be cool to go to Japan just because of ;how anime or J-dramas picture Japan to be; still, I want to give it a try. I mean; it can't be worse that the runned-down mexican streets I grew up on. Besides, it's always been a dream of mine to stand at the gates of a high-school at exiting time and see all the girls in their uniforms....that I do accept as a guilty wish, and one of the reaosns I want to go to japan. But anyway I'd be ready for a culture shock

Just don't expect to be at the top of the gaijin pecking order if you're hispanic. By the way, are you familiar with a manga strip called 'Garcia-kun'?
Although I have to admit, I'm also in it for the J-girls

I have to admit, my desire for helping people on this site just dropped a notch. :/

I guess I just can't imagine spending 9 years studying Japanese in order to flirt with japanese girls.

I do too. First order of business would be to find some good Japanese language classes, or decent online material (for people without money, like me).
