こんにちは。　ぼく　は　にほんご　を　べんきょう　しています。
You have to either type NN or N' to complete a ん before a vowel. べんきょう する is a する verb, which takes its object with を and shouldn't be followed by です. The wa topic particle is always spelled は.

ゆうしょく　ち　ちょちょくわ　おいし　です

I have no idea what the part in the middle was supposed to be. Leaving that out, it would be ゆうしょく　が　おいしい　です　in present tense, or ゆうしょく　が　おいしかった　です in past tense.

あなたわ　あめりか人　ですか？？

あなた　は　アメリカ人　です　か。
Again, the topic particle is は, not わ. アメリカ should be in katakana, not hiragana, but you may not have learned that yet. There's no need for question marks after the か particle.

ぼく　は　日本語　が　すこし　わかります。
Only problem here was the topic particle.

Yea thanks for the corrections. I only learned a i e o u, ka ke ki ko ku, sa shi se so su in hiragana. So I still have much to learn. Thanks for the corrections.

As you can see my Japanese is very bad, but I hope to practice and improve here under everyones tutelage.

三年間日本語を勉強しています。"For three years", not "in the year 3."

しかし私は下手な書いていますと話しています　です。

しかし私は下手に書き、話しています。Use "ni" to put -na adjectives into adverbial form, and don't use "to" to link verbs. Changing the first verb into the -masu stem version is one way to do it, and I think approprate here.

ここがれんしゅうる

ここでれんしゅうしています。Use "de" to indicate location of action, and add a form of "suru" (not juxt "ru" to "renshuu" to make it a verb.

Anyway, let's have a quiz! Most of the questions, I took straight out from one of my Japanese books.

As for the tree one, 人"気"？ Cuz than everyone will want their house made out of it, and the "ninKI" tree will be cutt down

gaijinian-san, the 3rd answer is byouki. At first, the question does seem to be referring to a tree, but that's just a trick to get us confuse. Who wants to be sick? Nobody, right?
Well, anyway, there are more to come. It will be more difficult this time.
