Hey abadoned, last time i used to have to this problem too. But i found out the hard way by typing every single syllable. And hey presto, i got it!!! づ=du
Anyway the only word that i know of with づ is 続く (つづく) to continue. But when in romaji its still "tsuzuku".

Well, it is in the "T" line, right?
T usually becomes "D"
So...:p:p:p
Although based on sound...

Well they say many younger generations can't differentiate between
ず and づ, じ and ぢ
anyway づ is pronounced zu not du, and ぢ is ji not di. Here says
This is a good site too.

yes it is better to be shown like ji also, because it is pronounced ji not di, ji(di) has a special use just like the zu(du), concerning some kanji combination and so. and it is rare to find this ji(di) just like zu(du).
This is a good site too.

but in katakana, it's du, isn't it? perhaps windows acts like that for that reason.

You can write romanji the phoenetic way, or the more "logical" way:
sa si su se so
za zi zu ze zo
ta ti tu te to
da di du de do
This will work just as well as writing shi, ji, ect. (in fact, to save time I often type si instead of shi and ti instead of chi)
