SOS ...please
Hi all I'm so sorry to abuse of your time. Please can I have a briefing on what the following texts are about. A friend of mine wrote it at the given dates.
Would appreciate any contribution; thank you.
(08/01/06)

On Feb. 8 I'm going on a tour to Paris. I'll be there 6 days and 4 nights. On the 11th, I have a free day when I am considering going to the Louvre. I wonder if it would be unreasonable to think of meeting you?

Have you moved? Packing luggage is difficult, isn't it? By the way, Feb. 12 (all day) and the 13th (for half a day) is open for sightseeing. but are you planning to come to Paris? Because I wanted to meet you.

I'll contact you from the hotel where I'm staying, ok?

I think that's fairly close.

Domo argato gozaimashita for all your help.
Well my friend is trying to learn English as I have been doing for years now to learn Japanese. She cannot express herself in English.
I've been to Japan for a short stay and I received Japaneses (with English interprets) back home but still need to do big effort despite the books I have.
And I am sure this site and the forum are new resources for me to maje the best of them.
Don't know whether Richard's Japanese or not but in the contrary I am amazed by the fluency.

Nope, not Japanese (I'm American) or even fluent in Japanese. But once I get the gist of a passage, I'm able to turn it into a fluent English sentence.
