heh I knew that was gonna happen... I meant in reference to his last post:
Why would I go wtf to not knowing what the Chinese sourse characters are?
i admit the idea of korean is very similar to Japanese but still if you dont know the chinese characters that tie into the hangul like me most of the time you will go "WTF?!?!?!?!?!"

They call their chinese characters Hanja. But I rarely see Hanja in some Korean writings. I think anyone who would study korean would find Japanese to be a more challenging language.
