a total american delicacy -- a todurken -- a chicken stuffed in a duck stuffed in a turkey -- mmmmmm... its hella good..

Don't you mean "Tur-duck-en"? I haven't actually had one. I've only seen them on TV. And John Madden isn't exactly a nutrition guru so I'd be a little wary of that one. It might be a little more healthy than the deep fried turkey that's popular here for Thanksgiving.

i dont know. Maybe they have killer ribs in finland or something?

うなぎ大好き。 Granted it's not really BBQ, but that's how they always translate it (BBQ eel). Yummm... Anyway, there's nothing quite as good as true Southern BBQ.
