hihi, its me again

neways, on the left of my avatar theres this really squiggly kana (looks like a backwards 3) or kanji at the top, does anyone have any guess of what it is

and also on the right is a kanji i can't recognize as well, i tried searching through all the kanji on this site's list(for a couple times) but i can't recognize it, one idea it could be is either a place or a time but i'm not too sure.

The backwards-looking "3" is a very sloppily hand-written そ.

The kanji is 邸. The reading that's written above it in furigana is てい, although it should be read やしき when it's on its own like this. It means "mansion" or "residence." It's not a character you'll see much in modern Japanese, as it typically refers to the different palatial residences mainted by Daimyo, Shogun or Emperors during the Tokugawa period.
