Is that a common thing in America, to not care about ones health?

No, a nice big bowl of porridge for Santa-san. In Sweden, that is. I think I can see a pattern... Sweden, Denmark, Norway (What about the Finnish tradition?) - porridge, rest of the world - dead Santa.
YAY! Yeah, what about Finaland? ^^
Poor Santa got to be hungered in the US. :p

I wonder how Norway is compared with the US in this case.
along with some cholesterol pills, and a multi-vitamin.

As already said, milk & cookies, plus carrots for the reindeer.
As an average, yeah, but everyone? Nah. All my friends are exercise fanatics, along with all the other people I know, minus a few. (Not really "Fanataics", but they love to work out a lot XD haha! And also, not /everyone/, but as a whole, many people I know)

I didn't mean everyone or even close to everyone, I just meant in general. It's widely known that the obesity crisis is worse in the United States than anywhere else.

Ooh! Natto!! Depends on what you are having it with I guess!
In Australia, Santa seems to eat biscuits and drinks milk. That's all I know from my childhood!

Do it or regret not.

Well, there isn't much variety in the pole, so I guess he eats...snow? Polar bears? Reindeer? I don't know, but I wonder how does he get the porridge.

He gets porridge when he visits our houses at night, and we made it for him and placed it somewhere in the house..

Maybe the porridge vs. cookies thing goes a long way to explain why adults in the US are so much fatter.
