Error about inputing the Kanji "10"

I am not sure why but when I try to write in the kanji for "10", it doesn't show up properly in the forums.

・#92; <--- This is what happens when I try to write じゅう in kanji.

I am using the Japanese IME for Windows 98 Second Edition.

Maybe the administrator can help fix this problem.
