Kanji That You Hate/Love

I thought that a cool idea for a thread would be to have everyone post the kanji that they hate/love. I know there are a few Kanji I really hate/love that are just annoying/pleasing to look at. I'll post a few and that I really hate/love.

Those are just a few I love/hate, maybe I'll post more as I come across them. Does anyone else have some kanji they love hate? I think this could be a really cool thread.

You like 金？ I hate that Kanji because its just plain horrible looking. Anyway thanks for the reply, I think this thread could turn into something cool.

if you want people to respond with their opinions, you probly should act so amazed that they could ever possibly like/dislike their kanji.

I dislike any kanji that can be read as "しょう", so that covers about half of them.

I couldn't agree more

I hate most 音読み In general...

I rather like 金 ＆ 手、 Though 手 Can be annoying, because I cant write it well, despite it being so insanely simple... It just doesn't come out looking good :p

Hate:
身　−　Simply because it confuses me with its abstract meanings...
彼　−　I always forget it, despite constantly seeing and looking it up.
利　−　Always forget it...
Any kanji with the 音読み：　シュ、シュウ、ショ、ショウ、リュウ Or リョウ.


Love:
語　−　Fun to write
意　−　Looks cool
気　−　Fun to write and looks cool! :p　
事　−　Don't know why I like it...
一　−　Beauty in simplicity.　:P

必 is the evilest kanji ever. (Those of you who don't know the proper way to write it might not understand what I mean)

Also, any kanji with the same left-and-bottom part as 道. It's a cool-looking radical, but when writing I can't make it cool-looking.

必ず, I just learned that the other day. The stroke order definately was something
I have this practise sentence:
重要な点は後から必ず知らせします。
"In regards of the important points, be sure to inform about them later."

Woah, I never knew people actually replied to this thread, thanks guys. 道 is pretty awesome too. Coco san, I couldnt understand your post, can you tell me what it means?;) Anyway this is starting to be a cool thread, keep posting .

I don't like 口, because it doesn't even look like kanji (it looks like those squares you see sometimes when your computer doesn't "read" Japanese). By the way, I hate ロ (katakana ro), too haha.

And it's annoying how 一 (one) and ー (lengthening of sound) looks the same, I always get confused by that.

There are many kanji I like, for example:

曜 , because that's the most complex kanji I can write by heart.
森 , I just love the idea of "tree + tree + tree = forest".
炎 , it looks cool and again, I like the idea of repetition "fire + fire = big fire".
日 , it was the first kanji I knew and learned to write (even before 一) and it's probably the one I write the most, so it holds a special spot in my heart.

And many others.

Cool thread! Hmm.... Let's see:

I don't really dislike any kanji... except the numbers. I've seen them too many times
I don't really like the shapes of 目 (eye) and 男 (man), though.

Some I like:
天 (heaven), 気 (spirit), 火 (fire), 家 (house), 水 (water), and 楽 (fun/music).
I guess they're just kind-of pretty or somethng like that The meanings are cool, too (except house, but it's just so funky-looking )

My favorites are the EASY ones..

Without Kanji I couldn't read, but because of Kanji I can't write. Is it possible to both love and hate them all at the same time?
