What video game have you been playing?
What video games have you been playing lately? Give me a description of what it is like.
EX: TES IV Oblivion
Its pretty much your own world. You can add on to the game and make pretty much anything. You can fight monsters or just buy a house and settle down in it. (If you are looking for a good rpg/adventure game, I'd suggest this one!)

Kanadajin, TES means "The Elder Scrolls". Oblivion is the 4th sequel. You can find more about the games at wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_elder_scrolls. It was possible to download Arena for free, but I can't find it any more. I don't remember where it was located, but you can try searching http://www.bethsoft.com.
If you like RPG, TES is great choice. As Oblivion is new (and so rather expensive), you can buy Morrowind GOTY edition (with both datadisks). You'll get a perfect game with large world to explore and possibility to make your hero anything you want. Making an excellent alchemist out of knight isn't that hard.
Dagoth Ur awaits you!

RE: What video game have you been playing?
I've been playing the Godfather. It's a bit clumsy to control and there are a few annoyances, but it's a solid action game, and a great tribute to the film.
Also, I've been playing a few browser-based space-conquest adventure games--namely, Astrowars and Ferion. The first one is a lot simpler than the second. Both are great if you want to play a massively multiplayer game but don't have a lot of time to invest in it. The reason I can't get into MMORPG's is that the people who have no life and play 24/7 will always be lightyears ahead of me. With the games I mentioned, everything is tick-based which means the emphasis is on strategy and prioritizing, and not on levelling up as fast as you can. (basically, I actually have the possibility of being the best even if I only log in once a day for 10 minutes).
If anyone wants to play, let me know who you are and maybe we can ally B)

I've also been playing Conquer online ( a free online rpg). It is boring at first, but imo, at a higher lvl it is very fun!

RE: What video game have you been playing?
I haven't played games in a while, but the last games I played (and finished) were:
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask
I still have to finish "The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap", but right now I don't have time, maybe in vacations.
So, now you know why I have this avatar, I like the Zelda games a lot.

"塊魂"と"みんな大好き塊魂"!!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Katamari_Damacy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/We_Love_Katamari I heard theese games weren't too popular in Japan, but I think their awesome. Diablo 2 LOD was extremely addictive too. If you have a PS2 and some extra cash I suggest picking up either, their cheap 20$ and 30$!!!

Katamari Damacy is amazing. I have both of those games. At a first glance though, the game looks pretty weird.

RE: What video game have you been playing?
Right now I'm just dinking around on Ragnarok after a year-long break on it, and I've been contemplating downloading the Japanese version along with my current English one for practice and kicks.
Ugh, I don't know about Oblivion. I'm so used to MMORPGs that I find it almost impossible to play anything in The Elder Scrolls series. I played Morrowind and was completely bored to death. Y___Y But at the same time I've heard it's awesome from some of my friends. Meh, whichever.
And I keep putting off finishing up The Minish Cap and Golden Sun. :@
