advanced-intermediate to advanced listening resources (books

I'm looking for recommendations for listening exercises for intermediate to advanced learners, but my preferred format is book with CD combo or book with access to online MP3's. Does anyone have any ideas? I been cruising this forum for interesting stuff and I've found a bunch of great websites that I've bookmarked but I've been at this long enough to know that I'm not a big fan of reading off a computer screen and unfortunately I don't have easy access to a printer.
To give you an idea of what I'm looking for, if I could get this website in book form, my prayers would be answered.

I'm looking for something that is a little more detailed than a JLPT test prep and a bit more advanced than basic dialogue stuff, although advance-level dialogues are fine too. Unlike most people I love vocabulary lists so that would also be a plus.
So if you've used anything or run across something like that in a bookstore, let me know. Thanks.
