しゅかん しんけい - my name from the kanji that make up my name translated into Japanese.

アシュリ - Ashley written in Katakana (ashuri).

There! I couldnt figure out how to write "shyo", so I just wrote "shu" :)

Why would you need to write しょ when しゅ (sho/shyo and shu/shyu respectively) was correct

*shrugs* Im still a beginner at this... and I had it in my head that "shyou" was pronounced sh-yo, instead of sh-yoo... so I was trying to figure out how to spell sh yo. :P

Could someone tell me the stroke order for the Kanji in the pic I posted above, or give me a site where they show the stroke order? :) Thanks.

You might try this site. They have animations that show
stroke order. Don't know if they have every kani though....

You also might try downloading this program:

http://wakan.manga.cz/?page=history&lang=en

It's got tons of kanji and it shows the stroke order for them.

I need some words translated... Im gonna translate all my folders in my storage drive to Japanese. ^_^

So here they are:

"downloads", or some word similar.
"storage"
Would wallpaper - as in computer screen wallpapers - be "kabe kami"?

Today, we usually use the English word (katakana-ized) to talk about technical things.

So, "download" would be ダウンロード and "storage" would be ストレージ.

"Wallpaper" is one of the exceptions, and is, as previously mentioned, 壁紙.
