Firstly I would like the thank Clay and everyone else who contributes, who makes this such a great site. It really helps me.

I've got a suggestion about forum posts. Could you make it so that it is easier to keep track of you posts on the forum? When you sign in, there could be something that tells you what posts have been replied or added to. I'm sure this would help efficiency and would make the forums easier to use.

I mean when you sign in, links to the recent threads that you commented on, or prompts that tell you when a thread you have commented on has new comments. You know what I mean?

I think maikeru means that he wants, on his profile page or somewhere, to be a list of his posts/comments/etc that he can click on to revisit the thread and check for replies. I have been to sites like that, and I too think it would be a nice addition to TJP.

The specific function that comes to mind is "new posts since last visit" -- and every post that shows up dating from the last time you were at the site appears. It's more complete than "last ten posts" or "recent posts" features tend to be.

Yes, this question has been asked before.

As I said, use the search option, or save the link to the thread you post. Other than that, I don't think it takes so much time to look through the forums.
