Avatar problem..

Can anyone tell me why when i upload my avatar the picture comes out as an X ?
Am i doing something wrong???

Nope I dont think so, Someone had the same problem as you a while back. I remember seeing someone ask how big the picture was.. and it was to big so it didnt work.

IIRC, make sure the file is:
* no more than 20,000 bytes in size
* .jpg or .gif or .png
* no more than 100 x 100 pixels
