What particle do you use to show posession? Like, if I wanted to say:

"Ashley's book"

Always use "no"

Watashi no saifu - My wallet
Takeshi-san no jitensha - Takeshi's bicycle

You can also use it for other things... Like saying that someone is a teacher at a certain school.

Tanaka-san wa Arizona daigaku no sensei desu.
Mr Tanaka is a teacher at Arizona University. (university's teacher)
