I started collecting the Hokuto from furuiya but was not able to get the full set before I left japan. Does anyone know of a source I can still buy these manga from?

HOKUTO was the first and favorite manga of mine..


oh, i can't remember the names of these manga but one was about a golfer and another was about a chef.. each of which was always pitted against teh greatest chef or golfer of a certain area and had to overcome local taste or courses to win.. can anyone help me remember these manga.. they would have been popular around 1989 (just as the new japanese era was reigned in.. (the heiwa jidai.. correct?)

Naruto is great! But the anime is overrated and most of the people that read the Manga just read it 'cause they think the show rocks.

yotsuba&!.... つまり｢よつばと｣です。 Yotsubato is so good! It's really really simple, so I would especially recommend it to beginers who want to read manga. BUT... even though its really simple, the story is bloody funny haha. Its really silly humour but I like it.

I LOVE Fruits Basket. I really loved the anime for Read or Die, but not so much lovin for the manga. The art is just too chaotic to make for smooth seamless reading. IMO

I'm not into Manga and Anime anymore, but I still love Blade of the Immortal/Mugen no Juunin. I haven't been reading the manga for at least two years tho, since I constantly spend my money for other stuff and I don't see the point in spending 5,00 or 6,50 euros for a manga book I can read in one hour, when I can buy a 600 page novel for the same amount of money (or slightly more) and be entertained for at least a week.
