saigo ni, nihongo o naratta nani ka itte, kono da.

What im trying to say is "I've finally learned enough japanese to say something, and this is it"

can someone help me out?B)

This probably isn't exactly what you are looking for, but here is a way to translate it loosely with simple Japanese:

日本語を一生懸命勉強したので、やっと少し話せます。
nihongo o isshoukenmei benkyou shita node, yatto sukoshi hanasemasu.
Japanese-direct object-with all power-study-did-therefore-finally-a little-can speak.
I have studied Japanese really hard and finally I can speak a little.
