View topic - Kanji question
i can't call myself experienced, but I can tell you that you should learn
all the kanji for numbers. Sometimes you will see the kanji for like 10000 in some expession or something. Like "banzai". I guess by the time you hit the 100 or 200 mark in kanji you'll remember the kanji numbers anyway

In general, the number kanji are used in banking a lot. They are also used as the page numbers in most novels. You'll also see them on currency.
Other than that, Arabic numerals are used for just about everything else.
But you'll see the number kanji pop up in places here and there all the time, so it's not like they are fading out of use or anything.

I am just wondering how often that a number is written in kanji?
the same amount as they do in america!
